We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Financial Analyst
in our Bucharest-based Administration & Accounting team.
What will you do?
You will….
…be in contact with external accounting company related to financial reporting and fiscal obligation;
…be in contact with financial department at the Group level for reporting and monitoring issues;
…review the financial reports submitted by the external accounting company;
… conduct a general financial analysis of the finance reports obtained from various departments such as accountancy, payroll, administration, etc;
… analyze financial information to produce forecasts of administrative activities and sustain economic decisions;
… prepare plans of action based on financial analyses;
…draw and implement guidelines for financial processes in the company;
…supervise and monitor the payroll to ensure its accuracy;
… negotiate the financial terms with suppliers;
… present reports and analysis monitoring the efficiency of the company spending;
…provide guidance and advice to management on fiscal and financial related topics;
... be the responsible in relation with the Bank and handling the necessary cash payments, as well as electronic payments;
…keep the cash register, schedule and execute payments;
…guide and monitor personnel with regard to expense reports and reimbursement procedure;
… review and decide upon acceptance of the supplier’s invoices;
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
If you have:
… university degree in Finance and/or Accountancy;
… 2-3 years of working experience in the same area;
… in depth knowledge of Fiscal legislation;
… very organized and attentive to details;
… very good analytical and problem solving skills;
… strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and flexibility;
… very goodmknowledge of Excel and Access;
... fluency in English (both written and spoken)
…German knowledge would be a plus.
