The ideal person will gather information from every part of the business and provide in-depth and complex analysis on a micro-level and propose new valuable solutions in order to increase the profitability of the business.
The Analyst is expected to participate in the definition of the long & medium term financial & business strategies by performing in deep analysis for every aspect of the business.In detail, the analysts contribution consists of:
- preparation of cost analysis for all the products of the company
- delivery of performance reports for all distribution channels on which the company is active
- development and delivery of KPIs for the business
- effective participation in cross functional meetings on various topics and ensuring proper level of communication with all departments
- identification of areas for cost savings
- performance of on spot price/cost calculations based on various scenarios
- ad hoc support to all departments within the company.
Assess the economic performance of the company by providing analysis and guidance to make correct management decisions on a cost savings basis.
University degree in economics and finance
Proven experience in the financial analysis needed
Excellent communication skills also in English, computer literate
Financial knowledge and good analysis skills ensuring a high level of accuracy
Organised, proactive, team player, self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently within tight deadlines
Inquisitive and questioning nature with openness to new ideas, responsible personality, accurate, meticulous and results oriented.
