Update accurately & timely all financial systems (CPM, SEM, Daccars) with P&L data upon revision from Region Management.
¿Communicate with commercial finance department and DME controller for timely receiving data for rolling estimate and business plan.
¿Ensure timely financial submissions for actual, rolling estimates & business plan.
¿Ensure timely submissions of all forms/templates requested from division & group.
¿Communicate proactively to finance management on actual variances vs. Rolling Estimate (mainly related to concentrate shipments).
¿Reconcile Actual results vs. Rolling Estimates for all P&L¿s lines (gallons, revenues, deductions, COGS, DME and OOPEX).
¿Coordinate the monthly OOPEX¿s accruals calculation, tracking and reporting with accounting.
¿Downloading and filing of feedback reports for actuals situations, rolling estimate and business plan. Check and reconcile feedback reports vs. data submitted.
¿Prepare and issue the financial reporting package and upload it into LN Library (financial statements, brand contributions, DSI, Cappex status, accounts receivables, volume, system profitability, DME expenditures and OOPEX).
¿Preparing and tracking of profit re-allocations due to imports & exports.
¿Consolidate management narratives on accounts receivable.
¿Prepare Cappex budget submission based on Finance Manager¿s inputs.
¿Support to all ad hoc requests for financial information.
¿Responsible for the administration, issuing and approval follow-ups on RFAs.
Preferred university degree: finance or accounting
¿2 years experience in financial analyses in a multinational company
¿Forecasting skills (for proactive reactions on P&L changes)
¿Proficiency on Excel and Power Point software
¿Financial modeling skills
¿Accustomed with US GAAP reporting
¿Well trained analytical skills
¿Effective and persuasive communication skills, deadline accomplishments and previous project management involvement, ability to work under pressure
