Reporting:
- Provides management of the company with clear, compelling and timely regular, as well as ad-hoc reports, in order to inform them about the overall financial results, while insuring compliance between statutory reporting, management requirements and IFRS.
- Develops analyses to reconcile Actual results versus Budget, identifying variances and providing business explanations for differences. Analyzes and interprets the financial indicators of the company with regards to the evolution of its business environment and market trends.
Budgeting:
- Coordinates all the departments involved in the budgeting process to ensure consistency between their budget and budget assumptions by analyzing/discussing significant variances as opposed to previous budgets and actual.
Other requirements:
- Participates to the development of the function, by designing and implementing different financial/business tools in order to support properly the operational departments, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Participates in a constructive manner to other supplementary tasks requested by management.
-Academy of Economic Studies - University degree – Finance/ Accounting;
-Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job in a multinational company or important Romanian group of companies;
-Minimum 2 years experience as an accountant;
-MS Office (with advanced Excel);
-English knowlege is a must;
-Patient and able to work with tight deadlines well organized, proactive, team player, results driven;
-Knowledge of IFRS and working with an ERP is an advantage
-Knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
