- Support Finance Manager in preparation and execution of monthly close, latest estimate and annual budget,
- Timely preparation (updating, maintaining, reconciling) of required marketing reports to serve the group reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines;
- Facilitate communication flow between departments (marketing, operations, customer service, production);
- Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis;
- Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accounting accepted principles.
- Review each current project with regards to performance objectives, positive and negative variances, and cost containment.
- Preparing month end financial reports (Reserving, centralizing accruals, copyrights, overheads analysis, statistics for P&L, BS forecasting)
- Aligning P&L forecasting model structure to the accounting P&L structure by Product lines;
- Analytical and methodical mindset, with a very good attention to detail
- Can work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Confident, clear thinker.
- Ability to follow global practices, working to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work with all departments in Reader’s Digest, including people and departments in other countries;
- Must be a self starter and self motivated
