- To prepare of the budget according to the planning schedule at business area level in the form of P&L, BS, (in close cooperation with the Executive managers for allocated area) and also for each profit center level (pharmacy). The budgetary function is also in charge of responding immediately to any ad-hoc budgetary requests. Into this function is also included the task to follow up the cash flow’s budget execution and capital allocation among projects.
- To prepare monthly follow-up reports. It is required to analyze management relevant information within the profit center / business area (actual vs. budget deviations) and to prepare a detailed report for every profit center.
- To design and implement different financial/business tools in order to support properly the operational departments.
- To supervise managerial accounting in order to ensure proper classification of transactions according to the profit/cost centers.
- To participate to development of this function, in the same time with activities’ documentation (budgeting book, internal procedures, etc.) that should be in the same rhythm with the current activity.
- University degree, with focus on finance and accounting;
- Full understanding of multi-dimensional information systems concepts;
- Very good knowledge of IFRS and RAS;
- Relevant working experience in a similar position, ideally for a portfolio company, being confronted with fast transformation processes;
- Business minded, with an analytical and structural way of thinking, able to understand very fast the mechanism of pharmaceutical market;
- Computer literate – MS office, ERP systems;
- Very good knowledge of English.
