Drive the PO Management end to end process
¿¿¿ Provide continuous services through a dedicated role to drive programme & financial analytical activities.
¿¿¿ Act as a key interface to the internal EMEA hp.com CE teams and as a liaison to the segment and business stakeholders and internal operational, procurement and finance teams.
¿¿¿ Support the Financial Analyst to prepare internal billings and accruals.
¿¿¿ Drive continuous improvements of the org internal processes for baseline and pay4play related activities.
¿¿¿ Support Mgmt in planning processes.
¿¿¿ Establish working relations with key agency partners, on the basis of understanding their key marketing and business objectives, and in developing & providing strategic financial planning direction related to the consolidation of costs and streamlining of financial activities around a single billing concept in support of business revenue and profit goals.
¿¿¿ Good verbal and written skills.
¿¿¿ Experience with monitoring and reacting to business requests.
¿¿¿ Understanding and working knowledge of business IT applications (e.g. customer relationship management, HR, finance).
¿¿¿ Good initiative, problem solving, priority setting and collaboration skills.
¿¿¿ Basic organizational and analytical skills.
