Financial Administrative
Main tasks:
- banking and petty cash
- payments forecast
- managing payments
- managing invoices (sent & received) and works certifications
- claiming for unpaid invoices and retained payments
- controlling cash-flow
- good communication skills with suppliers & clients
- generating and sending promissory notes
- tracking lost promissory notes
Requirements
- required education: administrative
(high school diploma or professional school degree)
- computer literate: general pc proficiency. Strong skills in ms word, excel and accountancy programs are required
- languages: English, Spanish is a plus
