Book keeping ;
- Looks over the financial assets according to the principles and the procedures defined by the client;
- Manages and controls the banking flows, which implies a daily work of the follow-up of the payments received and withdrawals;
- Ensures the balance of the various bank accounts, to control the documents proving the withdrawals and to make the bank reconciliation;
- Guarantees the reliability of the operations carried out by operating all controls necessary, produced and provides administrative and accounting information to the Accounting department and to the end client.
Work schedule : Monday – Friday, from 9:00 – 18 :00, with 1h lunch break.
- Fluency in French (English is always a must);
- Educational background in economics, accountancy or finances;
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in accounting (General Ledger is preferred);
- Experience with accounting systems would be a plus;
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills are essential;
- Good team player;
- Responsibility and accuracy;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Capacity of listening and anticipation.
