-Process journal entries in various accounts;
-Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences;
-Prepare reports for tax authorities and local regulators;
-Prepare and keep up to date procedures notes for activities and assigned tasks;
-Prepare all working papers of a high standard, high quality and provide a complete audit trail of all work undertaken;
-Monthly reconciliation and registration for accounts receivable/accounts payable, suspense assets/suspense liabilities, expenses paid in advance, fixed assets;
-Calculation, balance and off-balance evidence of the daily allowance - deductibility and business card.
-At least 2 years of experience in the controlling and accounting environment of a financial institution;
-Fair degree of theoretical and practical knowledge of controlling and accounting;
-Computer literate;
-Fluency in English;
-Analytical skills and attention to details;
-Very well organised, learning ability, stress tolerance;
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
