- University degree in Economics;
- At least 2 years of experience in the accounting environment of a financial institution;
- Fair understanding of insurance business
- Fair degree of theoretical and practical knowledge of accounting;
- Computer literate;
- Analytical skills,
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing both Romanian and English,
- Work accuracy, attention to details, very well organised, stress tolerance, able to work under pressure,
