- Act as a point of contact for the organisation, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Customer relationship, provide an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies all customer requirements through interface with all functions (Masterdata, Finance, Banking Ops etc), drive short term improvements with the customers on operational processes.
- Communicate the progress of the resolution of the problems and supply information, monitoring customer complaints and drive resolution.
- Detailed understanding of Accounts Payable and T&E processes is an advantage
- Have a genuine interest in working with and helping customers
- Have good communication skills
- Be numerate, lively and quick-thinking
- Be able to handle in a professional manner complaints and challenging queries
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
