The role entails delivery of high quality professional recruitment solutions and pro-active selling of CVO services to both client and candidates. Consultants are focused on maximising revenue contribution and meeting and exceeding all revenue- and recruitment-related targets set. Our Finance Consutlant will provide support to the Business Manager with respect to leading, coaching and developing the team

What you will be doing on a daily basis:

• Creating and implementing a business development strategy including the execution of a detailed business plan;
• Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients;
• Continually identifying leads and new business opportunities and executing the appropriate recruitment methodology including, contingency, exclusive contingency, retained search, and retained advertising campaigns;
• Effective management and timely delivery of full recruitment lifecycle, including client aquisition, client meetings, candidate resourcing, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates, and offer management;
• Proactively researching and understanding the local recruitment market, including business trends, competitor awareness, salary bandings and potential opportunities;
• Identifying and sourcing business opportunities for other CVO divisions and countries;
• Leading and support researchers with their search activities
• Ensuring that Bond Adapt or relevant database is updated with all relevant quality information relating to their clients and candidates;
