-General understanding on the banking environment and products, financial reporting standards for banks in order to become easier aware about the functionality of the core banking system, process flows and transactions;
-Assist in the preparation of ad reports and analysis as required by local and Head Office management;
-Obtain needed information from available systems and databases and conducts appropriate and effective investigations under supervision of senior staff within Finance or within other departments;
-Assist in the preparation of ad reports and analysis as required by local and Head Office management;
-Be involved in other business projects initiatives, being fully involved in ensuring that system changes in financial accounting and management accounting are correctly reflected in the reporting system (e.g. Profitability reports;
-Be continuously preoccupied with improvement in the added value of the reports according to users requirements.
-University degree (preferable Finance/Accounting / Cybernetics);
-Accurate and well organized working style;
-Good analytical skills;
-Good command of Excel and ability to familiarize quickly with various reporting applications;
-Very good command of both written and spoken English;
-Ability to cope with work under pressure and deadlines;
-Team spirit;
-Freshly graduated or up to 1 year of experience with financial institutions;
-Experience in a similar reporting position within a bank is considered a plus.
