Our client is the undisputed retailer in his market. To strengthen our client's growth as well as its number one market position we are looking to recruit a Chief Accountant (m/f) for the Romanian operations, based in Bucharest.
- Responsibly manage the finance & accounting, the IT and HR teams
- Implement SAP MM and SD into the existing organisation
- Be responsible for all legal issues
- Deal with external auditors and authorities
- Analyse profitability, costmanagement
- Coach and train the team members and employees
- Education: university diploma in Business Administration or Finance
- Several years working experience with team management experience
- Ideally a background in the retail industry
- Profound knowledge of ERP implementation, ideally SAP
- Knowledge of Romanian GAAP as well as IFRS
- Fluent in Russian/Romanian and English languages
