- reporting to the Canadian partners for the Accounting Team;
- presently coordinates a 3 accountants team, 2 more in the near future;
- general accounting, group consolidation, intra-group reconciliation,;
- accruals, provisions, valuations, wages/salaries, tax, financial statements
- payroll, profit & loss, balance sheet;
- reports to the General Manager;
- Academy of Economic Studies graduate;
- Experience in a real-estate company;
- English advanced;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Fiscal legislation knowledge (obligatory);
- Analytical mind, attentive to details;
- Interpersonal communication abilities;
- Computers skills: MS Office (Excel, Word);
