- assures the implementation and understanding of financial procedures: currency risk management, cost monitoring, taxes;
- suggets financial improvement solutions;
- colaborates with the controlling department of the mother company;
- coordinates, monitors and evaluates his subordinates according to company policy;
- selects and implements the accounting software.
- Economical University degree;
- minimum 5 years management experience in a leading position (trading, service or industrial company);
- excellent accounting skills and very good knowledge in local tax and accounting regulations and IFRS;
- English or German - advanced level;
- ability to work under pressure;
- team player.
