Manage the overall finance function of a commercial center;
Responsible for production, analysis and reporting of accurate and detailed financial information on a timely basis;
Develop appropriate management information systems (MIS); Assist management with feasibility analysis and strategic sensitivity plans and decision-making relating to tenants and the overall business;
Manage cashflows, supplier commitments and forward investment planning;
Prepare and implement appropriate corporate governance through the creation of a Delegation of Authority manual; Ensure adherence to RAS and IFRS. Responsible to manage the finance and administration team.
On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company active in real estate, we are looking for a Finance Manager on determined period of 8 months.
Qualifications & Experience:
Chartered Accountant from a recognized institution with at least 5 years post-qualification experience having a sound knowledge of RAS (essential) and IFRS (preferable);
Experience of Property Management MIS systems preferable but not essential;
Fluency in English;
Need to possess strong analytical, planning / forecasting skills, including cash budgeting and funds flow management;
Should be able to develop & maintain good relationship with statutory authorities, shareholders, banks, tenants and external auditors.
