RESPONSABILITATI

• Working out short and long term financial strategy in cooperation with the management of the Company
• Figures out the Profit/Loss Amount in the Stock Market Trade
• Improving the existing processes and procedures in financial area, in particularly related to the delivery of quality management information within reasonable time
• Advising the Management of the Company on risks related to not meeting financial plans
• Implementing and providing support on implementation of uniform standards related to cost management
• Controlling the key financial risks and ensuring optimal allocation of assets in order to manage them efficiently
• Supervising the preparation of the annual financial statements in terms of quality and timeliness
• Supervising the tax matters in local context
• Supervising the budgeting process
• Representing the Company in front of external bodies (auditors, advisors, authorities)
• Ensuring efficient work of the finance team through management, supervision, motivation and development of subordinates.


CERINTE

• Relevant university degree
• Financial knowledge on accounting and STOCK MARKET
• Very good knowledge and understanding of internal control and internal audit function
• Minimum 3 years management experience in finance department, in a medium size company
• Analytical thinking
• Decision-making ability
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Management of the Company budget
• Ability to interpret legal, accounting and tax regulations
• Advanced level of English.
