- Manages the finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely, internal and external financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements
- Realizes the controlling, planning and reporting activities
- Implements and maintains a standard costing system and comparisons of actual to standard and analyzes the variances
- Ensures compliance with local legislation and timely filing of reports
- Produces management reports and analysis to support plant management and finance group decisions
- Develops the plant finance team
- Implements and develops robust processes and controls.
- High level of education in Finance / Accounting
- Previous experience in leading the Finance / Accounting department (3 to 5 years)
- Proven managerial abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Dynamic, creative and innovative
- Competent decision maker with the ability to delegate and negotiate
- Fluent in English.
