The Finance Manager position is a new role in the company. He or she will be fully responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance and reporting.
The Finance Manager will lead a team of accountants and a controller to produce accurate accounting and intreoduce efficient finance processes. As Finance Manager, you will also be involved in merging three companies into one as well as implementing a new MIS system.
We expect that the Finace manager will work pro-actively to increase the efficiency of the team as well as provide information to management on a regular basis.
The Finance Manager will report to the Managing Driector as well as to the CFO of the group.
Ideal candidates must have previous experience as Finance Managers or Controller in an international company. Furthermore they must be familiar with international accounting standards as well as standard MIS software.
We expect suitable applicants to have a stroing knowledge in accounting, combined with experience in reporting and finance. Experience of people management is necessary.
Specific tasks include the following:
-Management of general ledger
-VAT and income tax returns
-Communication with banks and authorities
-Managing a team of 9 people
-Report to management in a timely and accurate manner
We expect a mature, communicative and sophisticated person for this job. the finance Manager is expected to initiate activities and not just to wait for instructions.
