For one of our clients, an international company, one of the largest fashion discounters in Germany, we are looking for a Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Actively contributing to the strategic development of the company and taking active part in the researching, planning and implementation;
Coordinating the financial-accounting activity;
Working with responsible tax law companies and auditors;
Cooperating with local finance institutions;
Preparing annual budgets and updates;
Monitoring and reporting company’s performance against the business plan;
Developing and monitoring standard reports and compiling monthly reporting packages;
Carrying out investment appraisals when required;
Cooperating with local and headquarter management in order to introduce and develop new projects.
High level education (business management or accounting - preferred);
Experience or supervisor or manager position;
Experience with IFRS is an advantage;
SAP knowledge is an advantage;
Computer skills (MS Office);
Proven managerial abilities;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Competent decision maker with an ability to delegate and negotiate;
Fluent in English.
