Finance Manager

¿ Romanian -- Male/Female -- Likely 32-40 years old, but we will not limit our search by this range -- Fluent English -- University degree in finance or business administration -- Proven professional background, at least 4-5 years -- Experience in financial reporting; USGAAP, ACCA, MBA, IAS required -- Experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company -- Strong in Project Financing and cost control -- Controllership and setting up controlling processes -- Experience in Cash Flow and MIS systems -- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and delegate appropriately for the finance team and other business associates -- Solid written and verbal communication, logical problem solving and interpersonal skills -- Solid understanding of customer needs -- The person should be accurate, with urgency in respecting deadlines, enthusiastic, team player, organized, customer oriented, able to handle stress, motivated.
