RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure proper and timely co-ordination of the activities related to
SOXA at local level;
- Ensure proper and timely co-ordination of the activities related to
Account Ownership and Reconciliation (AOR) policy, Opening and Closing of
impersonal accounts procedure, RMT application administrator;
- Ensure implementation of the process description paper for activities
undertaken in Finance; ensure periodical updates and quality reviews;
- Ensure coordination of periodical review of AIM compliance for
Finance department;
- Ensure proper implementation and monitoring at local level of
different head office Finance policies in cooperation with other divisions
from department;
- Coordinate the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for Finance
function
- Support Financial Controller and CFO in the co-ordination of the
periodical internal audits; co-ordinate the clean-up process of audit
findings;
- Some experience in a similar position in a bank would be a plus.


CERINTE

Professional qualifications:

- University Degree (Economics);
- Good knowledge of banking products
- Good knowledge of banking processes and of the controls required
around these processes
- English proficiency.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Result oriented and solution driven;
- Good communication skills
- Accurate and well organized working style;
