Position reports directly to Chief Financial Officer International and oversees the activities of the Accounting and Finance departments. Finance Director role has a strongly potential to grow within the company.

- Managing the relationship with the independent auditor (Big4)
Job Description:
In terms of activities and responsibilities, Finance Manager role implies mainly:
- Set-up, optimization and direct supervision of the financial planning and analysis function of the company (teaming with Company’s Financial Controllers)
- Investment Appraisal
- Budgetary Control and Project Performance Measurement
- Management Reporting
- Reshaping and direct supervision of the financial reporting function of the company (teaming with Company’s Chief Accountants)
- Statutory accounting and taxation
- Accounting consolidation
- IFRS financial reporting
- IT environment of financial reporting
- Effective management of the relationship with the independent auditor (Big4) and the with the external accounting/tax consultants of the company
- Joint management of the financial operations functions of the company (teaming with Company’s CFO for International Operations)
- Debt raising and cost and management of capital cost
- Cash flow management and cash flow hedging
- Professional qualified- MBA/ ACCA or other advanced degree
- 5- 10 years experience in financial management
- Significant experience in Big4/ consultancy is preferred
- A sound understanding of the Real Estate market
- Strong knowledge of Romanian financial systems, coupled with excellent understanding of fiscal and IFRS accounting requirements compliant to the Romanian laws
- The ability to thrive in a challenging, results driven environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals, accountants and finance specialists
- Excellent time management
