WE NEED YOU TO:
- Take an active role in challenging the results of the marketing and sales departments and propose ways of optimization.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system)
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for the business function or area (for sales and marketing departments);
- Support and challenge the assigned function, identify action plans for improving efficiency, according to the financial objectives of the CBU;
- Provide advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends related to the activity of sales and marketong departments;
- Coordinate, ensure on the job training and be responsible for the professional development of his own team;
- Assure the analyse of sales on product and client, including discounts, allowances and returns; also analyse the operational costs including productivity projects.
Minimum 3 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Team-player;
- Argumentative approach/ influencing skills;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility
