On behalf of our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry and one of the most dynamic and expanding companies in the country, we are urgently searching for dedicated Specialist Finance & Controlling to join, perform and develop careers within this impressive organization.
- On-time delivery of monthly and quarterly reports according to the official reporting-time-schedule, as well as participate in the corresponding meetings to discuss the monthly/quarterly results.
- Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management
- Continuous improvement of a customer-/result-oriented reporting system (in close co-operation with Corporate Controlling)
- Responsible for preparation of the Budget (Marketing) according to the official planning assumptions/ planning schedule (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives)
- Professional checking of the individual Budgets (Retail, Commercial, S&L, Invest, HSEQ…) and consolidating the individual Budgets to the overall Marketing Budget.
- Contribution in reconciling the Marketing Budget with the Refinery Budget in order to get the overall R&M Budget.
- Interface to the central accounting system for the Marketing unit
- Interface to the corporate controlling
- University Degree in Economics or any comparable education
- 2-3 years of experience in the Controlling environment
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- IT-literate (MS-Office is absolutely required, SAP is an advantage)
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
