- Implement and maintain adequate systems to control Company Seeds costs.
- Provide support to the management through information and financial analysis, to facilitate decisions.
- Assure the completeness and the correctness of the data periodically reported to the group
- Monthly management and financial reporting for Seeds.
- Preparation of cash flow projections and planning.
- Compliance and improvement of internal procedures and systems
- Support the legal aspects of the business.
- Coordinate financial services agreement with CP.
- Preparation and support of annual audit
- Coordinate sales administration, supervision of customer service
- Monitor debtors; stocks; accounts.
- Monitor product/customer classifications in the ERP system
- Maintain and control inter-company accounts
- Maintain and control fixed assets
- Reports directly to Country Manager
- Participate to the definition of the Target process and enter in the ERP system the Target for all the Cost centers responsible.
- Provide to the management and to the Regional crop controllers periodic information to follow up the functions costs and to measure the company performances.
- Agree with the Crop controllers on the provisions to be reported for quality and commercial write-offs.
- Prepare periodically the Intra group reconciliation to be reported.
- Complete and enter accurately the forms into the reporting systems.
- Prepare the comments relevant to the figures periodically reported in comparison with Target and estimates.
- Be updated on the Company Seeds product flows.
- Monitor debtors, and collect receivables
- Driving license
- University degree
- Good level of English
- 3-5 years of similar experience
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Availability to travel abroad/in country
