RESPONSABILITATI

- Actively contributing to the strategic development of the company and taking active part in the researching, planning and implementation;
- Analyze financial results, forecast/ budget variances;
- Preparing annual budgets;
- Supervision of general ledger and cost accounts;
- Oversee compliance with Group procedures, training, and communication;
- Initiative measure to enhance the company’s internal organization in order to increase the effectiveness of internal controls;
- Ensure that the internal and external auditor’s recommendations are implemented;
- Act as a driving force to promote simplification (administrative organization and circuits, number of product references, etc)
- Manage local tax affairs;
- Identify potential legal risks and issues requiring legal advice
- Ensure that legal registers are up to date
- Participate in the information systems planning process and the development of a systems master plan.


CERINTE

- University degree in Economics;
- minimum five years accounting and finance experience;
- knowledge of corporate accounting and reporting standards;
- good knowledge of the fiscal legislation;
- English - advanced

Managerial abilities, ability to take decisions, to meet dead-lines, prioritize and delegate tasks.
