· Responsible for project management of migration processes.
· Project Planning – estimating timelines, costs, resource requirements and execution.
· Monitor project, take corrective actions if needed, report on project progress.
· Manage all stages of the migration process - from project design to implementation.
· Ensure seamless transfer of business processes from customer site to Genpact site.
· Responsible for assessing processes and recommending solutions for the migration.
· Manage relationship with customer.
· Team management during transition and pilot.
· University degree in Economics.
· 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting field.
· Strong project management skills and experience.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Excellent knowledge of English and French.
· Relationship management skills.
· Problem solving approach.
· Should be open to extensive traveling in various European countries.
