To deliver CLS training (Customer Service Excellence, Interact, Presentation Skills, Effective Time Management) and to act as a project manager during training programs and for clients:
- understand training need,
- make sure the adherence to the Learning Path is respected,
- participate and coordinate other special projects as required.
- Computer skills;
- Previous training experience with soft skills training delivery.
Other additional skills are welcomed:
- economic background: SAP, Accounting, Procurement experience.
