Reports to:Operations Controller
Job scope: Analyses risks and economic trends for the purchasing and logistic department, takes part in the preparation of budgets and follow up, performs regular cost and operation analyses.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for purchasing and industrial activity;
- Support and challenge the operational departments, identify action plans for improving efficiency;
- Monitors KPIs related to logistic and purchasing activity;
- Ensure timely communication of the financial information to the operational departments and inter departmental;
- Takes part in the preparation of budgets and follow up with revised estimates.
Education:University degree ¿ Economics (preferably, but not mandatory)
Experience:2-3 years experience in controlling/financial analysis (accounting or auditing experience is also welcomed);
experience in financial analysis in purchasing or logistic activity is a plus;

- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
PC skills: Excellent computer skills for Excel, Access; SAP skills are a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English language
