-Participate in formal budget cycles preparation;
-Perform and document US GAAP and statutory reports, prepare sundry reconciliations and performance measurement reporting;
-Provide timely and meaningful regular or ad-hoc financial and variance analysis;
-Support company systems implementation;
-Participate in process efficiency improvement methods;
-Contribute to increasing and maintaining the awareness of financial considerations (cost awareness, profitability, financial constraints, etc.).
-University degree in Finance or Economics;
-2 - 3 years relevant experience in a multinational environment;
-Strong knowledge of IAS/GAAP accounting principles and previous financial software experience;
-Knowledge of variance analysis techniques/methods of performance management;
-SAP know-how or integrated manufacturing system (ERP) experience is a plus;
-Decision making courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
-Strong analytical and numerical skills;
-Good communication skills and teamwork attitude;
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel);
-Good command of English.
