RESPONSABILITATI

 Full compliance of administrative activities with UN/UNDP rules, regulations policies and strategies;
 Arrangement of travel and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorization.
 Administrative support to organization of conferences, workshops, retreats.
 Collection of information for DSA, travel agencies and other administrative surveys.
 Extracting, inputting, copying and filing data from various sources.
 Maintenance of files and records relevant to office maintenance.


CERINTE

 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience;
 Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
 Computer literacy;
 Ability to organize work efficiently and good time management;
 Proactive;
 Excellent communication skills;
 Professional integrity;
 Be able to work in a team and under pressure.
 A positive attitude is a must.
