Managing and developing a team of direct reports
Hands on role within an Accounts Payable & Receivable Department
Monitor and support direct reports to clear ‘on hold’ invoices in a timely manner
Share Supplier statement reconciliation within the team
Support GL teams with month-end processes and requests
Ensure internal support for customers (buyers) with Electronic Purchase Order queries
Supplier liaison via telephone and email communication
Discuss with line Manager and complete quarterly Performance Appraisals for self and direct reports
Weekly meetings with team and biweekly 1:1’s with direct reports
Key Performance Indicator Consolidation for EU AP
Support Client EU AP Manager with Projects and training
At least three years solid Full Accounting experience
People management experience
Fluency in Spanish andor Portuguese and a good command of English is a must
Keen to take ownership and responsibility for self and team
Proactive in solving day to day issues
Good communication and development skills
Team player
Flexible approach
Experience of Oracle or SAP
Excellent Excel skills
