Profile for mechanics:
- Qualified as a mechanic with experience in either the aerospace, industrial, agricultural, automobile or vehicle mechanics, general or workshop mechanics or metal workers etc.

Profile for electricians:
- Qualified as an electrician (in possession of the diploma de competenta profesionala and the National Authority for Energy Regulation authorization ANRE degree IIIB), with electrical experience in either the aerospace, industrial, agricultural or automotive industries

Requirements for both positions:
- Well educated, literate, and numerate with IT skills
- High mobility (willingness to move and to travel), flexibility, openness and team spirit
- Physically fit and comfortable with heights

Service Technicians work in teams which are provided with a company vehicle, tools and the appropriate work clothes. To become acquainted with the needed duties, ENERCON provides all new employees necessary training in Romania and Germany for few weeks.
