Analyzing the status and the functioning of the products (together with the installation and other accessories);
Identifying correctly the operations necessary to be done in order to put the product in the best working conditions;
Operating with different hand tools and electronic measurements equipment;
Replacing spare parts inside the products;
Managing a small stock of spare parts.
To communicate with the end user about warranty or not-warranty conditions,
Providing technical consultancy (normatives, specific laws, technical documentation)
Dealing with documents, reports, easy to use service software.
For one of our clients, a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of water and space heating products , we are looking for a Technical Service Technician.
Requirements:
Student/ University degree in Technical field;
At least 2 years experience in After Sales activities or Installations;
Experience in repairing wall hung gas boilers;
Good knowledge of English;
Italian language is a plus;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Driving license in required;
Customer oriented person;
Dynamic personality.
