Requirements:
- Well-founded knowledge in technology and machine function:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatical Technology
- Laser, Punching or Bending Technology
- PLC, CNC control
- Service experience on CNC machine tools ¿ ideally sheet metal, of at least 2 years:
- Installation and Start Up
- Maintenance
- Repair service
- Customer Training
Responsibilities
- Installation and start up of TRUMPF machines at customer premises
- Repair of TRUMPF machines ¿ break down service at customer premises
- Maintenance of TRUMPF machines at customer premises
- Solving application problems.
- Solving tooling problems (Punch and bending machines).
- Describing and reporting problems which have not been solved on site to German headquarters
- Co-operation with Trumpf
- 6-month training in Germany (will continue for 12 months after that)
- Be prepared to travel quite a lot in Europe
- Computer literate
- In good health
