Providing technical support based on specific laws and technical documentation;
Checking the installation process based on legal documentation;
Checking functioning parameters of the products, including gas analysis;
Replacing spare parts inside the products;
Operating with different hand tools and electronic measurements equipment;
Preparing the Legal Authorization Documents (ISCIR) based on checking the condition of heating installation and gas boiler.
For one of our clients, a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of water and space heating products, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer.
Requirements:
Technical University Degree;
At least 3 years experience in Installation area (heating, sanitary, and ventilation);
Experience in After Sales Activities on the field such as repairing wall hung gas boilers;
Customer oriented;
Good knowledge of English language;
Italian language is a plus;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Driving license is mandatory.
