* Elaborating and reviewing technical documentation to determine the best combination of products and services which can contribute to fulfill the objectives of our clients and communicating them to sales department;
* Providing technical support to sales department and technical documentation in order to implement company’s products and services;
* Commissioning and installing projects and reviewing all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers as necessary;
* Being responsible with meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction;
* Maintaining and developing the relationship with customers by knowing and understanding their needs, their equipments and activities and development of market trends;
* Being permanently informed about company`s products and services and promoting their value to customers and partners;
* Being responsible with designs, developes and modifies the new or existing company's products according to customers specifications or other requests.

Technical degree required: mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical preferred;
* + 2 years experience in service and mechanical engineering;
*
Medium in English (both spoken and written), second language is a plus;
*
High availability to travel;
*
Basic knowledge about production companies, maintenance processes and maintenance of industrial equipment;
*
Organization and planning skills;
*
Results oriented, energetic and enthusiast;
*
Excellent communication skills;
*
Very organized and team player person;
*
Results driven, strong analytical and problem solving skills;

Availability for travelling.
