Ensuring the regular sales of live pigs to the slaughterhouses, by developing and implement ing a sales strategy and action plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues;
Assist and support in developing pricing schedules and rates, conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis;
Make sales calls and field visits to new and existing clients, keep a close contact with the customers’ decision makers, negotiate with clients, conclude sales contracts;
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery;
Design and implement a cooperation model between the pig farm, the partner slaughterhouse, the meat processor and the retailer.


Fluency in English language (written and spoken);
Experience in sales of meat and meat products;
Recognized practical proven ability to achieve sales target and experience on a managerial level;
Good communicator, persuasive, adaptable, with excellent negotiation skills, empathic to customers and to their needs;
High ethical standards;
Goal driven, with a strong compulsion to win.


Location - Focsani, but requires 2-3 days/week travelling in the country.
