RESPONSABILITATI

- Preparing, supporting and managing the projects launched by the Field Operations department;
- Reviewing the operating procedures and recommending occasional changes to his/her line manager;
-Contributing to the development of new systems and procedures necessary to develop, or increase the efficiency of the service provided by the department;
-Managing projects of his/her own initiative and ad hoc projects initiated by the Company in accordance with the expectations of the operations;
-Initiate, participate and lead cross-functional or functional projects and direct projects to help the business development & effectiveness of the organisation;
-Seek solutions for increasing efficiency and cost saving possibilities & reducing operating risk & cost within the organisation;
-Conduct Business Impact Analysis for all relevant business functions in order to prioritize key processes during a disruption;
-Create Business Continuity plans for all Head Office departments and update them according to the findings of individual specific meetings.

-Project management background;
