Units installation:
- Define the procedures for Telematic Units installation, create and maintain the documentations and instructions for the installation and setting for the different vehicles/scenario.
- Train and certify the external companies¿ installers to adhere CS Romania procedures and methodologies.
- Monitor the quality of the installations with in-vehicle checks and keep detailed documentation of results/trends and area of intervention
- Consolidate and improve his competence in Vehicles electronic¿s units
- Perform custom/urgent installation for CS Ro clients
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of CS knowledgebase
- Unit repair & checking
- Perform a quality checking on Telematic Units received from our suppliers, keep trace in on-line repository of results, trends and area of intervention.
- Document and update the procedure for Units repair.
- Keep the the broken unit¿s stock situation updated and provide regular status report to CS Ro managers
- Equipments reception
- Unit stock

- Assure the necessary components from the internal market
- Evaluate the monthly components need
- Telematic units Product:
- Support local sales and project manager to identify the most appropriate solution to solve client¿s needs
- Design and implement local testing of Telematic Unit installation, setting and configuration for local needing
- Investigate local/foreign market for additional unit accessories to enlarge CS Romania product offers
- Share competence and knowledge with the rest of the company
- Others:
- Keep laboratory and own desk/office area¿s appearance as from company policies

Technical Competences:

- University Degree required (one):
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
- Excellent Knowledge in the Electronic applied to Commercial/light vehicles.
- Basic Knowledge of the Data Telecommunication and Telephony Network concepts (GPRS, GSM, SMS)
- Good Knowledge of usage of PC software applications, in particular Microsoft Office package (mainly Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet applications
Language:
- English: Good knowledge, written and spoken
