• Research and identify trend directions, perform competitive analysis, keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes;
• Review garment magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends and customer preferences;
• Design and create new products in one the following areas:
a. shoes, bags and accessories
b. print (create and design commercial fashion graphics for NISSA collection, create original prints in order to create a story) and knit
c. kids
• Participate on fitting session;
• Planning and developing the collections;
• Sourcing and selecting fabrics, trims fastenings and embellishments and decide what materials and patterns to use
• Liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams in order to meet customers’ expectations.

- One position as Kids collection designer (collections for girls between 1 and 8 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experienced with Photoshop, familiar with Illustrator;
• Highly organized and detail oriented;
• Creative thinking, attention to detail
• Initiative an solving problems;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion.
