RESPONSABILITATI

- Establishes appropriate organization projects, rules and responsibilities under the management claimed to achieve goals set by management
- Set clear objectives for each project in order to achieve goals
- Analysis work in developing and submit timely management decisions to be taken
- It provides the most economical solutions for facilities management services for company
- It operates as an active member in teams of multidisciplinary projects. In particular, the post holder establishes good relations and productive work and information for all team members involved in the project (internally and externally).
- Keep the budget provided and the programme given by leadership
- In addition to the responsibilities and tasks mentioned above, can be added and other obligations by immediate superior in terms of business objectives that require.


CERINTE

- Economist or engineer + post-universitary studies
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Management facilities and additional services
- Knowledge of Real Estate Property Management and strategies necessary
- Problem solving and cost saving oriented
- Entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of legal specifications
- Good command of MS Office and soft products CAFM
- Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
- Excellent command of both Romanian and English language.
