RESPONSABILITATI

• Keep and update Property Records (lease contracts, vendors contracts, performance reviews, drawings, meeting minutes, etc.) about the location in Romania;
• Regularly interlock with Landlords' Building Manager to resolve business as usual matters and follow up on Facility Operations related action plans (maintain effective minutes of meetings);
• Regularly review Facility Management and Site Security Processes and maintain audit proof documentation of these activities;
• Define scope of requirements, processes, desk procedures, separation of duties matrixes needed for effective facilities management;
• In cooperation with Procurement department tender new services and goods needed for facilities operations;
• Actively listen to internal customers' voice and identify areas of improvements
• Define scope of requirements and implement changes to achieve the identified improvement opportunities;
• Control vendors and suppliers performance (make sure subcontracted Facility Management Services are in line with the Facility Management contract (perform regular supplier's compliance check)) ;
• review cost allocation proposals and keep track of the allocation trend;
• Keep track of financial developments of each facility - create reports on a monthly, quarterly basis, monitor trends and identify future developments;
• Manage highly effective communication with internal clients, team-members, external vendors, etc. ;
• If needed, cooperate with or act as a Project Manager/Coordinator responsible for project related activities - such as office redesign, new building development, implementation of new services and/or solutions by analyzing user requirements;
• Responsibility of all security duties incl. regularly checking of systems, reconciliation of badges, issue and reiteration of badges
• Car fleet management;
• Coordination of object managers, handy man, receptionist and team assistant;


CERINTE

• Graduate engineer or graduate in business administration;
• Good command of English;
• 2 years experience managing facilities and operations;
• Ability coordinate a team;
• Flexibility.
