¿ Building management for an office building including HVAC, electrical, generator, UPS, water distribution, life safety, fire services, security access control, computer room, spaces moves, etc.
¿ Cost control, budgeting, resource management and planning for building management related issues
¿ Vendor management for the outsourced services
¿ Monitor environmental issues
¿ Assist in procurement of spares, consumables and building management related services
University degree in engineering
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment that includes: technical knowledge, organization/administration, customer service and management skills
Functional understanding of building monitoring systems
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy with MS Office
Excellent working environment within a multinational company.
