RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible with FM budgeting activities as: coordination of budgeting process, tracking of budget utilization (monthly expenses versus monthly budget, per cost units and categories)
- Reporting activities as per the requests of the superiors: budget utilization & forecasting reports
- Responsible with FM contracts and FM orders management: manages the ordering life-cycle, archives the contracts / orders, checks the correspondence between contracts / orders and the issued invoices, tracks the invoicing process on the initiated projects / contracts / orders, checks the delivery documents for the hardware and software orders
- Reports to FM Management (2nd and 3rd level management) and relates with Accounting, Controlling, Project Management, Cost Management or other interested departments on issues related to FM budget utilization, FM contracts & orders and / or FM invoices
- Identifies and proposes cost efficiency measures in order to optimize the budget utilization


CERINTE

- University Degree, Economical field
- Very good computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Language skills: good command of English
- Relevant experience on budgeting and planning processes is a plus
- Strong analytical skills/ works good with figures
- Task oriented; attention to details.
- Openness to change and pro-active
- Team spirit
- Ability to diagnostic potential problems
- Has to be able to pay attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure
