-Facilities management for electrical, air conditioning, access control, life safety for a space of ~2.500sqm
- Coordinates new office-space works and office-space moves
- Coordinates daily maintenance and repair activities
- Coordinates operational issues for the outsourced services
- Assists in procurement of building management related consumables and spares
- Driving company’s car when/if needed
-Technical background
- 2-4 years in a similar position experience
- Proactive, leadership, responsible and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of English
- Computer literate using MS Office apps (CAD apps – advantage)
- Driving license
