The role: Facilities& Purchasing Manager


We are looking for a Facilities& Purchasing Manager for our office in Bucharest. Our future colleague will be in charge of a small facilities department and will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services





Primary Duties and Responsibilities


Facilities :

Supervises assigned staff in the maintenance of buildings and grounds
Performs supervisory functions involving safety, security, or other facilities operations

Directs and manages all operations of the Facilities Support Department, including problem resolution, report generation, and data analysis
Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities needs
All other duties as assigned


Procurement

Obtains products and/or services from vendors by negotiating best price while considering product quality, vendor reliability and urgency of need
Studies market trends; interviews and recommends vendors
Solicits bids, analyzes quotes and selects or provides recommendation for vendor
Develops new supply sources when vendors and suppliers are inadequate
Resolves issues with vendors involving delivery, quality, invoicing, etc.
All other duties as assigned
